Perform patient assessments and documentation.

Assist with care coordination and discharge planning.

Provide support in clinic as needed.

Collaborate closely with neurosurgeons and clinical team.

EMR : Epic.

Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered.

Requirements :

Active IL License

BC / BE

DEA, CSR

BLS, ACLS
