Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple platforms Manage and optimize campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and conversion rates (CVR) Lead the in-house paid media team, including hiring and training new talent Required Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in DTC paid media with a focus on managing $1M+ monthly ad spend Proven experience in building and scaling paid media teams Strong background in direct response marketing within an e-commerce context Data-driven with proficiency in analytics and performance metrics Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
