Pay Information

$1,820 to $3,000 per week

  • 32 hours / week guaranteed full-time hours expected
  • 80 - 85% productivity target
  • Hospital-based skilled nursing facility
  • Monday - Friday schedule with occasional weekends
  • Post-graduate SNF experience required
