We are looking for a dynamic and visionary VP of Product to lead the strategy, vision, and execution for our Direct to Consumer (DTC) business. Reporting to the SVP of Product, this role will be responsible for building world-class consumer experiences that deepen engagement, drive growth, and strengthen our brand. You will be accountable for creating a seamless, personalized, and delightful product experience across our digital channels web, mobile, and app to serve tens of millions of customers.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior. You'll work closely with senior leadership, engineering, design, marketing, data science, and other cross-functional teams to define and deliver a product roadmap that inspires loyalty, grows our customer base, and enhances our direct channel performance.

What You'll Do

• Own and drive the end-to-end product strategy and execution for the Direct to Consumer products and business
• Champion the voice of the customer and embed a customer-first mindset across all stages of product development
• Lead cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-impact consumer experiences across mobile, web, and other DTC touchpoints
• Build and mentor a diverse, inclusive, high-performing team of product managers focused on outcomes and excellence
• Use quantitative and qualitative insights to deeply understand user behavior, needs, and opportunities for innovation and growth
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Data Science leaders to bring products to life that are intuitive, scalable, and brand-aligned
• Develop product capabilities that drive measurable impact on growth, retention, and revenue through the DTC channel
• Operate with a strong sense of accountability to KPIs such as conversion, LTV, CAC, engagement, and customer satisfaction
• Influence senior stakeholders, including the C-suite, by clearly articulating product strategy, tradeoffs, and impact
• Ensure the DTC product experience supports our overall business and brand strategy

What We Look For

Location : Remote U.S. Pay Grade - X Equity Grade - 24 Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills. Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.) USA base pay range per year : $370,000 - $415,000

Affirmers in proximal roles have the flexibility to work remotely, but will occasionally be required to work out of their assigned Affirm office.
