In this role, you will oversee and support the nursing and clinical support staff within a specific department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include consistently floating and shadowing each week within your designated team, supervising and mentoring staff, covering absences, and serving as a liaison between the nursing team and clinic management.
We need a dynamic nurse leader to oversee our nursing staff within a fast-paced, specialized dermatology department. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality patient care in a diverse and evolving healthcare environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
EDUCATION : Must be a practicing and licensed RN. Preferred, bachelor's degree in clinical field, e.g., BSN.
EXPERIENCE : Minimum three years of nursing experience. Preferred, 1+ years of leadership experience.
