About the Role :

The Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer (VP / CCO) provides strategic leadership for the organization’s compliance and privacy programs, ensuring adherence to all applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Reporting to executive leadership and serving the Board of Trustees, the VP / CCO fosters a culture of integrity and accountability across the organization. This role oversees compliance operations, risk mitigation, policy governance, staff training, regulatory monitoring, and incident response, while guiding the organization through a rapidly evolving healthcare regulatory landscape.
