Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) will play a crucial role in delivering individualized nursing care to residents. This position involves :

• Utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation.
• Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to ensure appropriate care plans.
• Providing care during all phases of preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Coordinating resident assessments, education, and nursing interventions.
• Possibly serving as charge nurse to delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel.

The RN will ensure that all nursing practices meet the standards outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and adhere to the Code of Ethics for Nurses.
