Job description
A company is looking for a CRM Administrator to enhance their Monday.com implementation and manage workload automation.
Key Responsibilities
Review and improve the current Monday.com deployment and administration
Develop plans for new boards and enhancements based on team requirements
Participate in daily stand-up meetings and assist in mapping business processes
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience with Monday.com is essential
Experience in business process mapping and working in an Agile environment
Proficiency in MS Office
Monday.com certification is appreciated but proven success is required
Must be a US Citizen, GC Holder, or authorized to work in the U.S
