Provides leadership by working cooperatively with other clinical personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing practice. Supports the philosophy and goals of the individual clinical area. Supports the shared governance vision and nursing obligations of membership which guide the practice of all nurses at Valley View Hospital. Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered / Professional Nursing program State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). 1 year of nursing (RN) experience We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas $33.99- $49.98 / hour (BSN) Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience. Valley View recognizes a 4% pay difference for RN-ADN, BSN, MSN) $5,000 sign on bonus for a one-year, full-time commitment. (Some internal candidates may not be eligible.)
