HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is seeking a fully licensed Clinical Supervisor (LCSW or LPCC) to join a mission-driven nonprofit organization providing behavioral health crisis support throughout New Mexico. This is a remote, full-time role open to New Mexico-licensed clinicians only. The Supervisor will support a growing Psychiatric Urgent Care program, offering clinical oversight, direct care, and real-time consultation to pre-licensed staff.

Clinical Supervisor Responsibilities

• Work FT in a virtual role
• Enjoy a flexible schedule within the hours of 7AM – 7PM and / or Saturday
• Provide weekly clinical supervision to pre-licensed LMHCs and LMSWs
• Provide direct clinical care , including assessments, referrals, and documentation
• Remain available during clinical hours to consult on crisis situations and complex cases
• Train early-career clinicians in documentation, de-escalation, and treatment planning
• Ensure all clinical work aligns with ethical standards and state licensing requirements
• Support interdisciplinary team communication and clinical quality
