HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is seeking a fully licensed Clinical Supervisor (LCSW or LPCC) to join a mission-driven nonprofit organization providing behavioral health crisis support throughout New Mexico. This is a remote, full-time role open to New Mexico-licensed clinicians only. The Supervisor will support a growing Psychiatric Urgent Care program, offering clinical oversight, direct care, and real-time consultation to pre-licensed staff.
Clinical Supervisor Responsibilities
- Work FT in a virtual role
- Enjoy a flexible schedule within the hours of 7AM – 7PM and / or Saturday
- Provide weekly clinical supervision to pre-licensed LMHCs and LMSWs
- Provide direct clinical care , including assessments, referrals, and documentation
- Remain available during clinical hours to consult on crisis situations and complex cases
- Train early-career clinicians in documentation, de-escalation, and treatment planning
- Ensure all clinical work aligns with ethical standards and state licensing requirements
- Support interdisciplinary team communication and clinical quality
Clinical Supervisor Requirements
LCSW or LPCC license in the state of New Mexico (required)Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience providing behavioral health servicesPrior experience supervising pre-licensed clinicians preferredAbility to work full-time in a remote settingStrong clinical judgment and willingness to support high-acuity care teamsCompensation and Benefits
