12+ years of experience ideally
Experience in Service Cloud, Salescloud and LWC is required
Experience and Technical Expertise :
Minimum 15 years overall software development experience with at least 10+ years directly working on Salesforce ecosystems including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud
Proven hands-on experience architecting complex, multi-cloud Salesforce implementations and integrations.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce data modeling, security model (roles, profiles, sharing rules, permission sets), and declarative automation tools (Flow, Process Builder).
Deep knowledge of Salesforce APIs, Apex programming, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and AppExchange solutions.
Expertise with Salesforce integration tools and platforms such as MuleSoft, external APIs, OAuth, and event-driven architectures.
Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and optimization strategies to build scalable, performant solutions
Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools, CI / CD pipelines, and release management best practices.
Ability to handle data migration, data governance, and maintain compliance with data privacy regulations as needed
Familiarity with AppExchange marketplace for third-party solutions and the ability to evaluate and leverage these in solution designs.
Functional & Leadership Skills
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure Salesforce architectures.
Lead solution design workshops, create process flows, user stories, architecture diagrams, and comprehensive documentation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, admins, and external vendor
Provide technical leadership and governance ensuring architectural consistency, standards, and best practices
