Remarketing Manager
CULA is seeking an experienced Vehicle Remarketing Manager to lead high-volume vehicle sales operations and maximize value recovery across our returned lease portfolio. This role oversees end-to-end remarketing strategy, drives auction performance, and ensures fast, profitable vehicle disposition.
What You'll Do
- Lead CULA's remarketing program with a focus on maximizing profit and reducing days-to-sale.
- Manage high-value or complex vehicle dispositions, including valuation, negotiation, and auction execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with auction partners to secure optimal performance and favorable terms.
- Develop and improve remarketing processes, pricing strategies, and operational workflows.
- Analyze portfolio trends and market conditions to forecast turn-ins and align resources.
- Determine reconditioning needs and approve cost-effective enhancements.
- Oversee physical and digital auction results and reassign inventory to higher-performing markets as needed.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate book-outs, data integrity, and aligned lessee interactions.
What You Bring
710+ years of automotive remarketing, wholesale, or fleet / lease disposition experience.Proven leadership experience in a high-volume remarketing environment.Strong negotiation skills and deep understanding of auction operations.Highly analytical mindset with experience improving profitability and sales velocity.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with vendors and partners.Proficiency with remarketing technology, inventory systems, and valuation tools.Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.Why Join Us

$120,000 - $150,000 per year plus a discretionary merit-based bonusThe exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.What do we offer?
