About the Position

We’re looking for a personable, forward-thinking estate planning attorney to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role with client interaction from the start, mentorship from experienced attorneys, and the opportunity to evolve into a leadership position.

You’ll be expected to study our systems and challenged to improve upon them. We want you to take ownership of your professional growth motivated to be ahead of a marketplace that is constantly changing. We will show you how to be a rainmaker that makes what we do thrive. Key Responsibilities

• Learn and manage our estate planning drafting systems and tools
• Shadow attorneys to understand our approach to effective client communication
• Take on and develop your own client matters under mentorship
• Participate in regular training in technical, communication, and marketing skills
• Identify and implement tax-savvy planning strategies
• Build referral relationships through outreach and marketing
• Engage in client consultations and ongoing relationship management
• Practice strong time and task management
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth case workflow
