Job Description

Lead all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships. Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects. Proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects on time and within budget. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling software, and project documentation. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Local market experience in Nashville or willingness to relocate.
