✅ What You'll Do As a Hospice LPN

Provide direct hospice nursing care to patients in their homes

Administer medications, perform wound care, IV therapy, and other treatments

Educate and support patients and families on disease processes, symptom management, and end-of-life care

Collaborate with the RN Case Manager and the full interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, compassionate care

Document clinical visits and interventions accurately and on time

What You'll Need To Join As a Hospice LPN

Active LPN license in the state of Massachusetts

At least 2 years of nursing experience (hospice or home health strongly preferred)
