We're currently seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join one of our partner schools in Wilmington, DE (19809) . This is a rewarding opportunity to help students overcome communication challenges, thrive in the classroom, and reach their fullest potential.

What You'll Do

• Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needs (articulation, expressive / receptive language, pragmatics, etc.).
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) .
• Provide direct speech / language therapy and support across diverse student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create inclusive learning environments.
• Support use of Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC) tools.
• Maintain case notes, service logs, and progress reports in compliance with school and Medicaid documentation requirements.
• Participate in transdisciplinary services and provide guidance on feeding / swallowing needs when required.
