Role Description

This is a full-time and / or part-time on-site role located in North Charleston, SC for a Jewelry Sales Associate. The Jewelry Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales goals. Daily tasks include engaging with customers to understand their needs, offering product recommendations, handling sales transactions, maintaining store displays, and staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends. The role requires a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven track record in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
• Experience in Retail Sales
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Understanding of jewelry product knowledge and trends is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is beneficial
