Job Description :
Provide comprehensive urological care to both adult and pediatric patients
Deliver care in both outpatient clinic settings and inpatient hospital settings
Work collaboratively with an established urologist and a nurse practitioner within a single-site practice located on the campus
Perform surgical procedures in new, state-of-the-art operating rooms
Conduct hospital consultations and manage urological emergencies in the emergency department
Participate in a light on-call rotation, covering one hospital site for 7 days per month with a 1 : 4 call schedule
No involvement in trauma cases or robotic surgeries
Utilize Cerner Community Works for electronic medical records and clinical documentation
Maintain a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
Manage an average of 14"16 patients per day
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a rural, community-focused hospital environment
Support departmental succession planning through active engagement and continuity of care
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care
Will consider candidates with lapsed board certification (if willing to recertify)
