Senior Accountant

Job Description

We’re looking for someone who loves digging into the numbers and driving process improvements. In this role, you’ll handle the monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis while partnering with Operations, FP&A, and leadership. You’ll manage accounts payable, maintain the fixed asset ledger, monitor cash flow, and stay on top of U.S. GAAP updates. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support business decisions, special projects, and M&A activity as we continue to grow.

Manage monthly and year-end close processes, preparing journal entries and reconciliations with the Controller and Operations team.

Improve close procedures to support a fast-growing organization.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual variance reports against budget and forecast.

Oversee accounts payable, including invoice processing and bi-monthly payment runs.

Maintain the fixed asset ledger, handle additions, disposals, and depreciation.

Monitor and report on cash balances, inflows, and outflows.

Stay current with U.S. GAAP updates and assist with policy implementation.

Partner with the CFO and FP&A on ad hoc analyses to support business decisions.

Assist with special projects and M&A initiatives as needed.

Requirements

BS Accounting / Finance required. 2+ accounting experience. CPA or pursuing
