As Director of Recreation, you’ll be at the heart of creating engaging, meaningful, and life-enriching programs for our residents. We’re looking for an energetic, creative, and cheerful leader who thinks outside the box and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.
Requirements:
Valid TRD (Therapeutic Recreation Director) Certification
Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) strongly preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team while fostering a positive and inclusive environment
