Provide onsite customer support and maintenance to customer site in Hutchins, TX. Perform day to day activities of automated material handling system at customer location. Responsibilities include maintaining advanced material handling equipment such as pallet stacker cranes, conveyors and robotics systems through performing preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, warranty service, and operator maintenance and user training. Provide support to customer through understanding of software used for WMS. Responsibilities Make an impact

• Support, maintain and repair installedsystems on day-to-day basis.
• Troubleshooting and error recovery ofsystem for issues that are solved withSynQ, Cranebox and Conveyorbox.
• Conduct Training on SynQ, Cranebox andConveyorbox.
• Create SOP's and procedures foroperations.
• Participate in ticket review meetings whenon shift
• Complete administrative tasks such as Daily Service Reports and time entries in a timely fashion upon completion oftraining.
