Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end change management strategies for complex, high-impact initiatives
Design and execute integrated change management plans, including stakeholder engagement and training
Assess cumulative change impacts across initiatives to identify risks and inform change strategy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5-7 years of experience leading change management efforts for large-scale transformations
Demonstrated experience in designing and executing end-to-end change strategies
Strong consulting skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
Change Management certification (Prosci, CCMP, or similar) preferred
