Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop and deploy cross-functional operational improvement initiatives
- End-to-End program and project management in line with the best in class industry standards
- Partner with various functions like Finance, M&A, IT etc. to envision and deliver high-quality business solutions
- Mapping and re-engineering business processes continuously to ensure that Operations are lean and streamlined
- Identify and set-up process / system controls to sustain implemented changes and solutions
- Collaborate and manage workstreams in large scale business transformational programs
- Influence and drive key decisions regarding the projects

6-8 years of progressive experience which includes Business Strategy / M&A Integrations / Consulting / Customer Experience functionsCore 3-5 years of demonstrated success in leading / driving business transformation, operational excellence or process engineering projectsEducation :
Strong understanding of various business process improvement methodologiesBachelor's degree or equivalent a must; MBA or equivalent strongly preferred
