About the Role

We are seeking a Vice President / Sr. Vice President of Analytics to lead the analytics efforts within the Engineering & Analytics org. As the VP / SVP of Analytics, you will drive data-driven and strategic decision-making through customer graphs, real-time data analytics, data modelling and AI integration & adoption.

A Day in the Life

Build and grow sustainable analytics products to help health systems and payer organizations get more efficient and effectively manage care with better health outcomes

Utilize customer graphs to identify trends and patterns, enabling targeted business strategies and personalized customer experiences.

Implement real-time data analytics to drive immediate insights and decision-making for operational efficiency and strategic planning.

Integrate AI solutions to enhance data analysis capabilities, automate processes, and unlock predictive insights for proactive decision-making.

Manage and grow a global team ofdata scientists and product experts

Manage Analytics R&D Budget with annual recurring revenue targets generated from this team

Take ownership of the strategic roadmap for population health analytics, including HEDIS, AMP certification, clinical risk management, and cost groupers, as well as the business intelligence verticals.

This role will collaborate with customers and project implementation teams to ensure 100% analytical accuracy compared to payer reports, and drive the development of standard reports and dashboards to enhance customer satisfaction and increase dashboard weekly active users (WAU).

Defining and tracking metrics to ensure 100% adherence to core development processes will be a key responsibility, as well as working with development teams to build tools for repeatable data tasks that accelerate and automate the development cycle.

Coordinate with product teams to define platform requirements and integrate the output of analytical algorithms across applications, while also working closely with internal departmental heads and executives to ensure the high-quality execution of project deliverables.

Driving departmental culture and promoting data-driven decision-making, consumer-driven analytics, marketing, and investment planning across the business will be central to your role.

As the VP of Analytics, you will also play a mentorship role to key data analytics and data warehousing personnel, fostering their professional development and preparing them for future leadership roles.

What You Need

A Master's degree (PhD preferred) in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, Applied Math, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent working experience will also be considered.

At least 10+ years of experience in data analytics or data warehousing, with previous experience as a Head of Analytics is preferred along with leading & building a global team.

Proven experience in population health analytics, such as HEDIS certification, STAR ratings calculations, or building risk management solutions for providers / payers.

Successful experience in building and leading diverse teams, conducting business process analysis, designing data architecture, and implementing workflow enabled solutions.

Expertise in market / business intelligence, strategic planning, project management, and working with large datasets and computing systems such as Hadoop.

Proficient in leveraging customer graphs to optimize business strategies and enhance customer experiences.

Experienced in utilizing real-time data analytics tools to drive immediate insights and strategic decision-making.

Skilled in embedding AI solutions to automate processes, enhance data analysis capabilities, and unlock predictive insights.

Forward-thinking mindset with a focus on exploring innovative technologies and methodologies to drive continuous improvement in analytics practices and business outcomes.

Proficiency in Salesforce, SQL server reporting services, Tableau / PowerBI, analysis services, or other data visualization tools.

Passionate and highly skilled in research and data analytics, with the ability to transform data to support data governance and integrity.

Knowledgeable in the use of emerging open source tools for analyzing large and unstructured datasets, as well as technical experience with enterprise data warehouse solutions, statistical analysis tools, database systems, and data visualization applications.

Deep understanding of A / B testing and key metric identification for driving and maintaining healthy business performance.
