Job Description\n

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a weekend day shift assignment with ARRT, Texas MRT, and BLS certifications required.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work as a CT Technologist in a hospital setting
  • Three 12-hour day shifts on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 30 PM
  • May float to other campuses as needed
  • Charting system used is Altera; prior experience is preferred but not required
  • Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be considered for a travel position
  • Completion of mandatory modules during orientation, averaging 6-8 hours
  • Facility conducts its own drug screening upon arrival, including testing for Marijuana and CBD; a positive result is grounds for cancellation
  • Previous permanent staff must be separated for at least one year to be eligible for travel positions
  • Travel experience is preferred
  • Modules completed are non-billable and included during orientation

  • Active ARRT registration and Texas Medical Board MRT required
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a CT Technologist
  • Completion of applicable state and federal licensing requirements
  • License required if applicable
  • Resume and certification verification required for consideration
  • Availability to complete lab items within 72 hours of offer acceptance or have a plan in place
  • Two supervisory references from the last three years of employment required
