Job description

Manager Of P&O Systems & Reporting

VCA is looking for a Manager of P&O Systems & Reporting who will oversee and optimize the People & Organization technology infrastructure, data management and reporting functions for VCA. The Manager will develop, implement, manage and maintain analytics and reporting functions ensuring that P&O data is accessible, actionable and aligned with organizational goals. The Manager will work closely with stakeholders including People & Organization, Sr. Leadership Team, Mars Veterinary Health and others to support decision making through strategic data insights and reporting. This is a hybrid role based at our VCA Support Office, located at 12401 West Olympic Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90064.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement the strategy for P&O systems (ATS, LMS, etc.)
  • Manage system configuration, upgrades, and integrations
  • Partner with IT and vendors for system security and compliance
  • Lead change management for system updates and enhancements
  • Maintain data governance, user access, and system integrity standards
  • Collaborate with data and analytics teams across Mars Veterinary Health
  • Act as a liaison between P&O, IT, Finance, and other teams
  • Support HR Business Partners in improving data literacy and self-service reporting
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and increase efficiency

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR technology, systems management, project management, data analytics, and / or reporting
  • HRIS - Workday experience
  • Background in managing HR vendors and system integrations (preferred)
  • Strong ability to lead and influence without direct authority
  • Proven stakeholder management skills

  • Additional Information :

    Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$125,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
