Key Responsibilities Design and implement scalable onboarding programs for various contributor engagement models Develop training materials and interactive modules for data annotation and generation tasks Report on training effectiveness, contributor performance, and operational KPIs Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in operations, training, or workforce enablement, preferably in tech or data-centric environments Strong understanding of data labeling, annotation, or generation workflows Experience working with freelancers or distributed teams Familiarity with LLMs, NLP, or AI training pipelines is highly desirable Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality with proprietary information
