Mulberry is partnering with a multi-generational private company to identify an experienced Recruiting Program Manager for the manufacturing distribution division. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in workforce planning, data and reporting, process development, and empowering hiring teams. You'll design and standardize recruiting workflows, train managers on best practices, and use data-driven insights to build robust pipelines for current and future talent needs! The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage deadlines, data driven, and personable.

$100,000 - $120,000 annually plus robust health, vision, dental, life and disability benefit offering, FSA, Employee Assistance, 401k and product discount.Paid time off and holiday pay. Upon offer, our client conducts pre-employment background checks, drug screens, and references.
