Location : Cody / Powell, Wyoming (Repair Bear Heating & Cooling)
Job Type : Full-Time | In-Person
Earning Potential : $23-$33 / hr depending on experience (plus performance pay)
About the Job
We’re looking for an HVAC Installer to join our award-winning team at Repair Bear Heating & Cooling. In this role, you’ll install and commission residential HVAC systems while delivering quality service to our customers. Whether you’re early in your HVAC career or a seasoned pro, this opportunity offers strong earning potential and steady year-round work.
What You’ll Do
- Install and commission HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, and ductwork
- Follow manufacturer specs and company standards to ensure quality installations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, managers, and team members
- Maintain truck inventory, cleanliness, and accurate paperwork
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
- Participate in training programs to develop your skills
- Join the on-call rotation as needed
