Legal Assistant (Litigation)

Location : Idaho Falls, Idaho

Parsons Behle & Latimer, a regional law firm, has an immediate opening for a Legal Assistant in our Idaho Falls, Idaho office. Position requires 5+ years of litigation experience, the ability to manage a high-volume caseload, and attention to detail is critical.

The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent organizational and communication skills. Law firm experience is preferred.

Responsibilities Include :

• Supporting attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks.
• Answering phones.
• Scheduling meetings.
• Providing backup legal assistance when needed.

Schedule & Compensation :

Type : This is an in-office position. Hours : 8 : 30 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m., Monday – Friday. Flexibility : Opportunity to work from home one day a week, after appropriate training. Rate : Hourly rate is commensurate with experience.
