American Traveler is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a travel job in Sumter, South Carolina.

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a General Ultrasound Technologist with BLS, ARRT Sonography certification, and experience with EPIC EMR for a night shift contract assignment.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a hospital setting as a General Ultrasound Technologist
  • Night shifts : Monday through Thursday, 9 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM
  • Assignment length is 13 weeks
  • No on-call required
  • Must be willing to float to other units and campuses as needed, performing only qualified and competent tasks
  • Uses EPIC EMR system, 1-year minimum EPIC experience required
  • Orientation provided weekly on Mondays
  • Pre-assignment modules and testing required to be completed before start
  • Mileage radius rule applies : candidates must live at least 50 miles from contracted location; 100+ miles preferred
  • Team members may be required to float based on census needs but will only be assigned tasks and units they are qualified for
  • No on-call and limited holiday requirements for this shift
  • Dress code and additional work environment details will be provided at assignment

    • Requirements

  • Current BLS and ARRT Sonography certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience in unit required
  • Preferred certification : RDMS-AB
  • License required if applicable
  • Must provide two professional references for consideration
  • Must have at least one year of experience with EPIC EMR
