Sales Training Supervisor
The primary role of the Sales Training Supervisor is to teach, train, and develop the team to be proficient in their role. This will enable their team to exceed the targeted revenue budget while maintaining the highest levels of guest satisfaction as measured by guest surveys. To accomplish this, the Sales Training Supervisors will maintain a primary focus on the support and development of each team member through our sales proficiency process so that they understand how their contributions impact their team and store performance. The Sales Training Supervisor will also assist with duties related to staffing, scheduling, sales training, and salesfloor & guest engagement leadership. Success in the role of a Sales Training Supervisor requires a whole-store sales approach to Guest engagement.

Qualifications
Education / Experience : High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment required. High volume experience is preferred. Three years of supervisory experience required. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Computer Skills : To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proficient experience in Microsoft Office programs. Experience working with Tableau is preferred.
Position Hiring Range
The hiring pay range provides a guide for what we would reasonably pay for the position. Pay will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to : applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Pay is determined by various factors including market demand, applicable skills, work experience and education, location, company budget, and in-demand skill sets. Compensation : $21.90 - $28.48 Retail, Guest Services, and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.
