Care & Outreach Administrative Assistant
The role of the Care & Outreach Administrative Assistant is designed to provide administrative assistance to our Care & Connection Team and Outreach Team. We are looking for a highly organized and collaborative administrator who can help our team create an environment where each person at Central feels like they can belong and become who God intended.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Connection :
Coordinate specific ministry event details (purchasing items, set up, scheduling rooms, registrations, and other logistics) for Discover Central, Connection Class, Baptism, etc.Ensure all people who complete classes are followed up with in a timely manner and manage PCO workflows to coordinate appropriate communication to anyone going through the onboarding process.Order food and materials needed for events.Care :
Manage workflows and respond to inquiries about all aspects of care ministry, including baptism, weddings, Recovery, Divorce Care, Grief Share, etc.Scheduling rooms, registrations, and logistics for events.Order and set up food and materials needed for events.Communicate with key volunteers (especially Care Team) about training, follow-up, onboarding, etc.Outreach :
First point of contact for Outreach ministry inquiries.Input benevolence care into HCNC database.Assist with registrations and follow-up from Outreach training events (Live Sent, Oikos in 20, etc)STAFF RELATIONSHIPS
A member of both the Care & Connection team and Outreach Team, reporting to Neil Downey, Care & Connection Pastor.TIME COMMITMENT
This is a part-time position, approximately 15-20 hours per week.Expected to attend weekly Care & Connection Team meetings.Expected to be on-site to assist with check-ins for occasional Care & Connection events (e.g. Connection Class).
