Bilingual Registered Nurse

A company is looking for a bilingual telephonic triage nurse for a remote position during midshift hours.

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming telephone calls from customers in a call center environment

Document calls efficiently and accurately while following triage algorithms

Provide superior customer service and ensure compliance with HIPAA policies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification

Ability to handle a high volume of consecutive calls

Strong technological skills with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM

Private space in home for patient privacy and access to high-speed internet
