Job description2yrs required experience in specialty areas. BLS required. CLS PREFFERED. This is a float assignment with daily staffing adjustments every 4 hrs, with potential to be pulled to a new assignment in 4hr blocks of time. Will need basic dysrhythmia testing competency.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- ssess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
