PSH Program Analyst (PA2)
Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) is looking for a process-minded individual with a passion for program coordination and knowledge in housing development. This position will support Affordable Rental Housing's Applications team.

This position is hybrid with requirements for frequent in-person work. This position is permanent, full time, and represented by SEIU. Applicants who are current OHCS employees will be considered and interviewed before external applicants. This recruitment will be used to establish a list of qualified applicants to fill the current vacancy and may be used to fill future vacancies as they occur. This position requires frequent statewide travel to conduct audits and compliance reviews. Candidates must possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record. Responsible for all parts of programmatic monitoring for the permanent supportive housing program (PSH), manage the rent assistance and services contracts and contract amendments for the permanent supportive housing program, and provide planning and support for the annual supportive housing institute. The position provides general support for fund offerings, application review and coordination, when needed.
A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a degree related to the agency program that demonstrates the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and two years experience coordinating or administering a program OR Any combination of experience or education equivalent to five years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skill requirements listed for the classification.
