Drive efficiency and quality by introducing new technologies and process improvements. Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, resolving inquiries and complex engineering issues. Contribute to business development through proposals, technical presentations, and cost analysis. Maintain comprehensive documentation for designs, processes, and testing. Lead failure analysis and root cause investigations to improve product reliability. Mentor and supervise test technicians, fostering growth and high performance. Oversee the design, development, and production of electronic products and related manufacturing processes. Collaborate with operations, sales, and quality teams to achieve project objectives and meet customer requirements Required Experience : Strong background in Contract Electronics Manufacturing. Managerial : 5 years (Preferred) Electronics Manufacturing : 5 years (Required) Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies. Proficiency in CAD tools and ERP / MRP systems. Understanding Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Testability (DFT). Understanding of ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations).
