Job Responsibilities :

As a Central Supply Assistant, you will :

📦 Keep Us Stocked - Manage the daily supply and equipment needs of the Health Care Center and other facilities as assigned.

📋 Stay Organized - Maintain accurate documentation for inventory control, supply usage, and billing procedures.

🔧 Support Resident Care - Ensure the right nursing supplies and equipment are available and functioning to help maintain a high standard of resident care.

💬 Communicate Effectively - Work closely with nursing and other departments to meet ongoing equipment and supply needs.

📁 Follow Compliance Standards - Adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines related to supply management.

Qualifications :

• Current CNA certification or previous experience caregiving required
• Prior experience in supply management or inventory preferred.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to follow procedures, regulations, and documentation protocols.
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment.
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
