Responsible for gathering and preparing data necessary for filing all Medicare and Medicaid cost reports; coordinating all audit activities that relate to third party issues; assuring appropriate reimbursement from all parties; analyzing, preparing, and booking the monthly third-party activity; preparing financial and hospital-based analysis requests; providing Mercy-wide and regional provider enrollment support for hospital providers; and, preparing various industry and payer surveys. Experience :
5 years experience in healthcare cost reporting

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

5+ yrs in Medicare cost report preparation or auditing
Medicare Area Contractor experience is a plus
