What You'll Do :

Assist in controlling access to restricted areas at the chemical and petrochemical location, verifying credentials and monitoring entry points to help to deter unauthorized access.

Monitor and operate security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and access control technology to help to deter potential incidents.

Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting employees, contractors, and visitors with access procedures.

Document and report all security-related incidents, irregularities, or suspicious activities according to site-specific policies.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter security-related risks and identify any potential hazards.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site emergency response procedures as needed.

Enforce site-specific policies, procedures, and protocols related to access control and security-related operations.

Maintain clear communication with Allied Universal management and site personnel regarding security-related matters and any observed issues.

Minimum Requirements :

Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Must be comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
