Responsibilities :

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner
• Advise customers on the care of their vehicle and the value of maintaining the vehicle according to the manufacturer's specifications
• Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts
• Handle telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
