Job Summary (List Format) :

\n

\n- Flexible nursing position covering either Med / Surg or Emergency Room (ER) based on departmental needs

\n- Must possess current California RN licensure in good standing

\n- Requires graduation from an accredited nursing school

\n- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Emergency Room Nurse required

\n- Mandatory certifications : ACLS, PALS, and CPR (BLS); TNCC certification required within one year of hire

\n- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with staff at all organizational levels

\n- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

\n- Must demonstrate teamwork, accountability, respect, confidentiality, and consideration for colleagues

\n- Required to wear Caribbean Blue scrubs as part of nursing staff uniform

\n- Completion of annual Sexual Harassment Prevention Training, provided by agency for temporary staff, required prior to start

\n- Open to day or night shifts and multiple specialties, including ER, Med-Surg Adult, Med-Surg Ortho, and Med-Surg Pediatrics
