Healthcare Transactional Attorney

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Transactional Attorney to join our legal team. This role involves providing expert legal advice on various healthcare transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and supporting our clients in navigating complex corporate transactions within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in the healthcare sector.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to healthcare transactions.
Ensure compliance with Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute in all healthcare agreements.
Provide guidance on HIPAA regulations and privacy laws affecting healthcare transactions.
Conduct legal research and analysis on healthcare laws and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business strategies and initiatives.
Represent clients in negotiations with regulatory bodies as needed.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Barred in FL

5+ years of experience in healthcare law and corporate transactions.

Strong knowledge of M&A processes and regulations specific to the healthcare industry.

Familiarity with Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and HIPAA compliance requirements.

Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
