This full-time, direct hire role (Monday-Friday, 8 : 30AM–5PM) offers a salary of $23.50–$28.00 / hr ($48,880-$58,240 annually) and is an excellent fit for recent MHC graduates or newly licensed LMSWs / LMHCs who want to grow in a supportive, team-focused setting. Most of your caseload will be adults (around 80%), but there’s a growing emphasis on youth and adolescent services, which is perfect if you bring experience or enthusiasm for that population.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual & group therapy, crisis intervention, and skills-based services
• Develop treatment plans using evidence-based, person-centered approaches
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and coordinate community resources
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation
• Engage in ongoing supervision and professional development
