    • What Youll Do

  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Leads to drive restoration projects from start to finish.
  • Load gear, tools, and supplies with precision and care.
  • Follow all safety and risk protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Prep work zones and carry out demolition, cleanup, drying, moisture checks, and material removal.
  • Coordinate with your team to ensure efficiency throughout each project.
  • Wrap up each job with thorough cleanup and breakdown of tools and equipment.
  • Keep our warehouse, office, and grounds shipshape through regular maintenance.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all gear and vehicles.
  • Embrace ongoing training and development to elevate your restoration expertise.

    • What You Bring

  • A solid work ethic, honesty, and accountability.
  • Good communication skillsyou talk with the team, not at them.
  • A High School diploma / GED.
  • Restoration, construction, or related experiencedefinitely a plus but not required.
  • IICRC certifications? Even better!
  • A valid drivers license and willingness for on-call shifts.
  • Physical readiness for activity : think moving up to 100 lbs (with help), climbing ladders, working in attics / tight spaces, working with your hands, and handling repetitive tasks.

    • Schedule

  • Part-time, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, between the hours of 7AM7PM, maximum 36hrs / week. Expect 10 to 12-hour days, and local travelwith occasional out-of-area work.

    • Physical Demands

  • Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, occasional up to 100 lbs (assisted), working overhead, in confined spaces, utilizing SERVPRO Solvents, hand tools and on feet all day.
