PRN Home Health RN Registered Nurse – Empath Home Health - East Pasco county

Empath Home Health, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate PRN Home Health RN to provide skilled nursing care for patients in their homes throughout East Pasco county . In this PRN role, you’ll deliver individualized care, build trusted patient relationships, and help people manage their health with dignity and independence.

Locations : Home health visits in east Pasco county (Wesley Chapel, Odessa, Land' O Lakes, Dade City, Zephyrhills, and surrounding areas)

Schedule : PRN; 10-15+ home health visits per week. Required weekend / on-call / holiday rotations.
