Full-time | Monday - Friday

Competitive pay starting at $18.00 per hour + benefits

YANMAR America is hiring Assemblers to join our production team! In this role, you'll be hands-on with tractors, UTVs, and other off-road equipment-building high-quality machines that customers around the world rely on.

What You'll Do

• Operate and complete tasks at an assembly station to meet daily production goals.
• Use hand tools and power tools to perform bolting, torquing, lifting, testing, and other assembly operations.
• Conduct quality checks and complete inspection checklists.
• Perform rework or adjustments on units when needed.
• Move finished units to staging or inspection areas.
• Support kitting, material handling, and equipment operation (tractors, forklifts, cranes).
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing practices such as Kaizen and 5S to improve safety, efficiency, and quality.
