The Role
The Performance Marketing Manager II is responsible for the day‑to‑day management of digital marketing campaigns across all channels and for identifying and acting on opportunities to improve results. This role reports directly to the Director of Digital Marketing.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across major search networks such as Google and Bing.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social and display platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Effectively communicate strategy and campaign performance with clients and internal stakeholders via calls and presentations.
Regularly develop and implement A / B testing plans for ad creative and landing pages in partnership with internal and external creative teams.
Directly manage media placement and strategy for digital marketing campaigns across Google, Bing, Facebook, and paid social channels.
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in digital marketing.
2+ years of SEM experience.
2+ years of social marketing experience.
Strong time and project management skills.
Proficiency with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
High proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of relevant digital media experience.
Google AdWords Certification.
Experience with bid management platforms and tools such as Marin, Search Force, DoubleClick, etc.
Experience with A / B testing.
Data mining and analytics skills.
Working Conditions
Some travel (2–3 times per year) may be required.
