The Career :

As an Assembler at QA1 , you'll be an integral part of our Lakeville, Minnesota based manufacturing team, where your performance is directly tied to key areas of success : safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency. Your key responsibilities will be assembling products according to production guidelines, working alongside your team to meet and exceed targets. Work schedule : Monday - Thursday 4 : 00pm - 2 : 00 am.

What You Will Do :

• Product Assembly : Assemble products following specific production guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality with every unit.
• Team Collaboration : Work seamlessly with your team members to achieve production targets while promoting a positive and efficient workplace.
• Safety + Quality : Be committed to upholding safety standards and quality control measures in all aspects of your work.
• Continuous Improvement : Offer suggestions to reduce waste, enhance efficiency, and improve processes.
• Problem Solving : Report any discrepancies, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns, and assist in troubleshooting where necessary.
• Other duties as beneficial to th e success of QA1.
