Position Highlights :

Schedule : 4.5-day workweek (Monday"Friday, 8AM"5PM); flexible options available

No weekends or major holidays

Patient Load : 2 new or 3 established patients per hour

Call : Very light, phone-only

Focus : Adult patients " chronic disease management, acute care, and preventive services
